Order processing

In-stock orders ship within 3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Orders placed on weekends and US holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times (United States)

Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. Current options:

• Standard: $6.99, usually 3 to 4 business days after shipping.
• USPS Ground Advantage: rate calculated at checkout by weight and destination. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
• USPS Priority Mail: rate calculated at checkout by weight and destination. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
• Free shipping: US orders with a subtotal of $50 or more can choose Free Shipping at checkout. Faster paid options stay available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. International orders ship by USPS Priority Mail International. The rate and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Our prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees; these are charged by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Free shipping applies to US addresses only.

Pre-orders and limited releases

When we offer a pre-order or a convention-exclusive release, the product page states the expected ship date. If a ship date changes, we will email you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you before that time with a revised date. You can accept the new date or cancel your order for a full and prompt refund.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@fanrolldice.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo, so that we can make it right.

Address changes and errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address until the order ships; email contact@fanrolldice.com with your order number.
